Big Cat Nap

Hello! Here's another ink and watercolour, this time based on a photo I took of a gorgeous Amur leopard at Twycross Zoo.

What a beautiful big cat, it's so very sad that they are under such pressure in the wild. This one was looking very relaxed, having a major cat nap...

      Thanks Teresa! I think the ink and wc combination works well for this kind of subject. I'm having fun with it anyway!

    Hello Sharon:) What a great painting! The color of the fur and the black dots are excellent. The expression is wonderful. You can see he is in a deep sleep:)
