Out and about in the snow
Hello blog friends! With so much snow around, I couldn't resist taking my out-and-about sketchbook for a wintry walk:
I sketched this standing up, feet planted into the snow, juggling pens, watercolour paints and water brushes between hands and pockets... not ideal, but fun nonetheless :-)

You really have captured winter and the snow here Sharon. Well done for painting en plein air in the cold.
ReplyDeleteThank you Ann :-) It was actually very enjoyable - no wind, so no wind-chill factor, which was helpful I think! I can understand why plein air painters love the snow, such drama and such potential. Bleak but beautiful!
